Embark on a unique experience with Ricard Camarena, awarded 2 Michelin stars and 1 Michelin Green Star, as you explore his personal vegetable garden, located just 30 minutes from Valencia. The garden is run by Toni Misiano, on very fertile land, where they grow indigenous varieties, organically, with products that change with the seasons, in plots that require fallow land and with the irrigation systems that the Arabs introduced, the classic irrigation ditches.

This unique gastronomic adventure, part of the activities of the Valencia Culinary Festival, offers you the chance to immerse yourself in the heart of Camarena cuisine. Working together for over a decade, Ricard and Toni have cultivated a relationship of commitment and respect for the land, using organic farming methods and adapting their creations to the changing nature of the orchard.

From courgettes to aubergines, peppers to tomatoes, each product is carefully selected and used in its entirety, from root to flower, promoting a holistic and sustainable approach to cooking.
